PAMME CALLIE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following “Terms of Use”. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Use. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Use at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Pricing

All prices on the website are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Shipping

Shipping time is estimated to be 1 - 4 weeks after an order is done. All art scrolls are handmade and handpainted and go through conceptualisation, drafting, sewing and painting. These factors, including the size of the art scroll, determine its/their completion time.

All domestic and international orders will be shipped via registered package. 

Free shipping is offered currently, as of the year 2022. 

For any lost, stolen or damaged shipments, please notify us at support@pammecallie.com and we will provide a solution.

Refund & Returns 

Refund Policy 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the art scroll purchased must be in the same condition as you received it and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and get back to you if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@pammecallie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions: Non-refundable items

Digital products that require downloads and are printable cannot be returned and refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about digital products.
